WHISTLEBLOWING
Rivoltini has decided to adopt an internal whistleblowing reporting channel.
Legislative Decree 24/2023 (Whistleblowing Decree) introduces a series of protections for individuals who report violations or misconduct they have become aware of within the work context.
RIVOLTINI ALIMENTARE DOLCIARIA SRL falls within this scope and has adopted an internal reporting channel.
The reporting channel allows anyone who becomes aware of an offense committed in the work context to report such misconduct in writing or to request an oral interview.
WRITTEN REPORT
A written report can be submitted by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to the company at the following address:
RIVOLTINI ALIMENTARE DOLCIARIA SRL
Via Delle Industrie n.22
26039 Vescovato (CR)
For the attention of
ANDREA RIVOLTINI
“Confidential communication for the reporting manager”
In order to guarantee the confidentiality of the whistleblower and the persons involved, the report must be placed in two sealed envelopes: the first containing the whistleblower’s identification data along with a photocopy of their ID (if the whistleblower chooses not to remain anonymous); the second containing the report itself, so as to separate identification data from the content of the report.
Both envelopes must then be placed in a third sealed envelope marked on the outside with the words “confidential to the reporting manager” (e.g., “confidential to the RPCT”).
The acknowledgment of receipt of the registered letter at the indicated postal address serves as notice of receipt of the report.
To facilitate reporting and avoid the receipt of inadmissible reports, RIVOLTINI ALIMENTARE DOLCIARIA SRL has provided a reporting form.
The form is made available to all interested parties through the company notice board or can be downloaded below.
ORAL REPORT
An oral report can be made by directly contacting the Reporting Manager at the following number:
+39 366 6779491
Reports from which it is not possible to determine the identity of the whistleblower are considered anonymous.
Anonymous reports, if they contain all the elements necessary to reconstruct the circumstances of the reported offense, are treated as ordinary reports and will be handled as such.
If an anonymous report does not contain the whistleblower’s contact details, the Manager will still proceed with the investigation based solely on the available elements; if it is not possible to acquire further elements necessary to verify the validity of the report, it will be archived without notifying the whistleblower of the outcome of the investigation.
RIVOLTINI ALIMENTARE DOLCIARIA SRL has adopted adequate security measures to guarantee the confidentiality of the whistleblower, the content of the report, and the subject of the report.
The whistleblower will also be protected from any retaliatory or discriminatory acts.
RIVOLTINI ALIMENTARE DOLCIARIA SRL has appointed a Reporting Manager who is required to comply with the principles of confidentiality and independence.
At the time of reporting, the whistleblower must have a reasonable and well-founded reason to believe that the information on the reported violations falls within the scope of the legislation. Sending unfounded reports characterized by willful misconduct or gross negligence may constitute a crime and may also be subject to disciplinary sanctions.
If the Manager is the alleged perpetrator of the violation, is hierarchically or functionally subordinate to the reported person, or has a potential interest related to the report that could compromise their impartiality, reports must be sent through the external reporting channel managed by ANAC (National Anti-Corruption Authority) available at https://www.anticorruzione.it/-/whistleblowing.
In compliance with the legislation, a specific protocol has been prepared which summarizes the management procedure for the reporting channel adopted by RIVOLTINI ALIMENTARE DOLCIARIA SRL, to which you are referred.
For more information regarding the content of reports, protections for whistleblowers, and the obligations introduced by the legislation, we invite you to review the guidelines provided by ANAC (https://www.anticorruzione.it/-/del.311.2023.linee.guida.whistleblowing).
