An incredible union of flavors will be celebrated and offered for tasting to visitors. Two iconic products of the Cremona area, nougat and mostarda, will merge into one thanks to the skilled artisanal craftsmanship of Rivoltini Alimentare Dolciaria and the mostarda producers. As part of the Mostarda Festival, they will present delicious pairings between the protagonists of this event that will amaze even the most refined palates. BOOK HERE
12:00 PM-1:00 PM, PalaTorrone, P.zza RomaTOGNAZZA NOUGAT – GUIDED TASTING
Two of the great and famous "Ts" representing Cremona come together in a single event: Torrone (nougat) and Tognazzi. In this event promoted by Rivoltini Alimentare Dolciaria, visitors can enjoy an exclusive tasting of the new production from the award-winning artisanal company: Tognazza nougat. There will be two flavors to discover, "come se fosse" and "Antani"—names well-known in the history of Italian cinema.
Gianmarco Tognazzi will be present to mark the occasion.

RIVOLTINI PAYS TRIBUTE TO TOGNAZZI
In honor of fellow citizen Ugo Tognazzi, Rivoltini Alimentare Dolciaria intends to pay tribute to the famous director and actor with a giant slab of nougat featuring an airbrushed portrait of Ugo. This event will involve all visitors passing through the entrance of Galleria XXV Aprile, from the side of the Public Gardens in P.zza Roma, who can witness a true artistic performance. At the end of the creation, those with the patience to wait for the necessary photos will be able to receive a sample piece of the giant nougat slab.

A Bit of Nougat & Salami: a trip aboard the "Mattei" boat
On the occasion of the Nougat Festival, trips on the Po River will be organized during which passengers will be delighted by a sweet and savory tasting of RIVOLTINI ARTISANAL NOUGAT and NEGRONI CREMONA SALAMI, all accompanied by a glass of prosecco or a soft drink.
Depending on the river's water level, the route may be:
Cremona-Isola Serafini-Cremona or Isola Serafini-Isola De Pinedo-Isola Serafini
You can admire places such as: Isola del Deserto, Lanca della Maginot, Punta del Cristo, the confluence of the Adda and Po rivers, and the Isola Serafini dam.

What happens when a leavened cake meets nougat? The answer lies in a fragrant and soft slice of ASTRONOMICO panettone from Panettoneria 365, which, studded with Rivoltini nougat grains, will provide an enveloping and unmissable tasting experience. During this event, the Panettoneria 365 company and two of its flagship products will be presented: the Astronomico panettone and the Italico panettone, a special leavened cake enriched with raspberry juice and glazed with Sicilian pistachio chocolate coating—a rare specialty to be savored.

3:00 PM-5:00 PM, Galleria XXV AprileNOUGAT INSTALLATION IN THE SHAPE OF GRANA PADANO
Can the iconic wheel of Grana Padano cheese, a cornerstone product of the region, switch from its traditional saltiness to sweet notes and the scent of honey? The answer is yes when Rivoltini Alimentare Dolciaria of Vescovato (CR) is behind the scenes. To break every record, they will honor the emblem of local PDO excellence by shaping their traditional nougat production into the highly unusual form of a Grana Padano wheel. The work will come to life and be displayed to the public to be admired and photographed, but above all tasted, as at the end of the presentation it will be portioned and distributed to all visitors curious to taste this piece of gastronomic history.
5:00 PM-6:00 PM, PalaTorrone, P.zza RomaNOUGAT, WHAT A PASSITO!
The highly esteemed Prof. Rodolfo Passalacqua, a well-known and dear name in the Cremona hospital scene, steps out of his role as head physician to present the wine production from his Ceramida farm. The farm takes its name from the locality where it stands, a hamlet of Bagnara Calabra (RC) and a pearl of the wonderful Costa Viola. Together with Rivoltini Alimentare Dolciaria, we will witness a paired tasting of nougat and wines born from native grape varieties, creating an authentic flavor that develops character and harmony over time.
We are talking about two artisanal excellences compared in this tasting that will not leave visitors disappointed as they immerse themselves in a sensory journey from North to South.
