The Nougat Festival does not only celebrate the famous sweet, but Cremona in all its many facets. As is now tradition, Rivoltini Alimentare Dolciaria has chosen, once again this year, to recognize the value of the many Cremonese people who work for the good of our territory and its inhabitants and to give them well-deserved visibility through the establishment of the "Kindness Award," now in its fifth edition. The 2023 "Kindness Award" will be presented to Dr. Carla Fiorentino, a key figure of the L.I.L.T. of Cremona, who is on the front lines of the battle for cancer prevention and care assistance alongside individuals and
volunteer doctors capable of providing extraordinary support during the delicate phase of examinations and subsequent medical treatments. The Award will be presented at the PalaTorrone in the presence of authorities and journalists.
A small tasting of Rivoltini nougat candies will follow.

A Bit of Nougat & Salami: a trip aboard the "Mattei" Boat
On the occasion of the Nougat Festival, trips on the Po River will be organized during which passengers will be delighted by a sweet and savory tasting of RIVOLTINI ARTISANAL NOUGAT and NEGRONI CREMONESE SALAMI, all accompanied by a glass of prosecco or a soft drink.
Depending on the river's water level, the route may be:
Cremona-Isola Serafini-Cremona or Isola Serafini-Isola De Pinedo-Isola Serafini
You can admire places such as: Isola del Deserto, Lanca della Maginot, Punta del Cristo, the confluence of the Adda and Po rivers, and the Isola Serafini dam.

Master artisan Cristiano Gaggion, from the historic Gaggion pastry shop in Puos D’Alpago (BL), meets Rivoltini Alimentare Dolciaria's nougat to create a unique creation of its kind: the sweet sandwich. A favorite product for lunch breaks and snacks, there is no doubt that the sandwich will also be loved in its sugary version; you only need to attend the event to find out for yourself.
