Since 2019, the GOODNESS AWARD<\/strong>, a recognition established for those who have distinguished themselves through acts of generosity away from the spotlight, for having dedicated their time and lives to helping others, has become one of the most heartfelt events in the Cremona Nougat Festival program<\/strong>. This year, Rivoltini<\/strong> Alimentare Dolciaria intends to honor Filippo Ruvioli,<\/strong> father of Orlando and president of the Occhi Azzurri ONLUS<\/strong>, who conceived and led the creation of the CR\u00b2 Sinapsi Center in Cremona: a cutting-edge rehabilitative and recreational hub for children with rare genetic diseases and their families. Driven by his personal experience and the dream shared with his wife Silvia, who passed away in 2019, Ruvioli transformed a life project into a concrete facility that combines diagnostic services, therapies, multisensory spaces, and a therapeutic pool based on a model of systemic inclusion. Rivoltini Alimentare Dolciaria<\/strong> together with Bottega del Gusto Cremona are the creators of the Santa Croce Nougat<\/strong>, which pays homage to the ancient castle of Cremona, whose ruins of its last “Torrione” (Great Tower) still lie in Via Ghinaglia. Many aspects make this product unique, starting with its ingredients, among which Amorpha Fruticosa honey stands out\u2014known for its relaxing and antioxidant properties\u2014and the total absence of sugar, through to its meticulous packaging which also contains an elegant booklet telling the story of the famous castle that, from October 25, 1441, was inhabited by the newlyweds Bianca Maria Visconti and Francesco Sforza. <\/span><\/p>
