data-end=\"669\">Bianca Maria Visconti and Francesco Sforza<\/strong>, the pastry chefs of the time created a sweet made of honey, almonds, and egg whites, shaping it into an elongated form that resembled the Torrazzo, the famous bell tower standing over 112 meters tall. From that intuition, a product was born that was destined to become a gastronomic and cultural icon, capable of spanning centuries without ever losing its identity. <\/p><p data-start=\"1032\" data-end=\"1426\">Today, this tradition lives and grows thanks to the work of companies like <strong data-start=\"1101\" data-end=\"1124\">Rivoltini Dolciaria<\/strong>, officially active since 1927 and guardian of artisanal knowledge passed down from generation to generation. This world of ancient gestures and authentic passion has been chronicled by journalist, storyteller, and local influencer <strong data-start=\"1349\" data-end=\"1369\">Stefano Cantiero<\/strong> in
